Skyview Apartments

Moved in a few months ago. Aside from being in a great location and being just feet from the large pool and jacuzzi, the environment is clean quiet and calm. We have had a few issues with tings as we were getting settled in and our service requests have been taken care of within 24 hours every time. Enrique in particular has been extremely helpful and friendly. Never fails with a quick solution to the problem. Seriously, the AC was down and within 12 hours he was here and got it running cold again. Can't beat that kind of service.

I had to quickly find a new place to live over the holidays and what sold me on Skyview Apartments was all of the positive reviews, especially regarding Enrique and his maintenance crew. I am happy to say that after having been settled in the complex for quite some time now, the reviews live up to reality. Maintenance has helped address a small handful of issues that have come up and they did so with speed, professionalism, knowledge and respect of property. As for the community itself, it’s relatively quiet. There are occasionally times where someone will have a car alarm go off incessantly which can be in raging but easily taken care of with a phone call. One thing I wish I considered before selecting my unit was the impact of traffic sounds. When I think against having a view of the parking lot, I ended up with a view of the main road so it is a constant a soundtrack of cars. But the neighbors them selves are fairly quiet. Can’t speak to much as to the community feel because I don’t have a dog anymore or any reason to really be out and about where I might encounter people. I know the leasing office tries to have events every once in a while, like food trucks, or passing out donuts as you drive out the main gate, but I typically don’t partake in those things. But overall, it’s been a positive experience. No issues with indoor pests or unreasonable utility costs while here.

Enrique in maintenance is easily the best I’ve experienced at any apartment complex I’ve ever lived at! His attention to detail, community knowledge, kindness, and respect make having service requests as pleasant as possible. Came in the bitter cold to get my heat up and running the same day I submitted a ticket! Appreciate everything he does every time he comes by to help out. Thank you!

Enrique, absolutely saved Christmas!! As usual, our team here at skyview is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure their tenants are taken care of! My oven needed several replacement parts, after replacing 2 two of them and seeing it needed more work, knowing it wouldn't be fixed for the holidays, Enrique, kindly swapped it out and made sure we had a fully functioning stove! Other properties would have made us wait and left us with no stove for Christmas, not SkyView!! Not Enrique!! That's why we love it here!! Thanks again team!! We always appreciate you so much!! And as always, a huge thank you to Enrique, the Santa of skyview, delivering happiness through amazing service!!

I lived here for 10 months and spent half of my time in the apartment. Yet, when it comes time to move out, they charge an exorbitant amount to get it ready for the next tenant. They claimed that CA laws are "vague regarding wear and tear" so I guess that means they depend on you to pay for any work done for the next guy! I had several maintenance requests and the gate was constantly broken and open. Absolutely not worth the high price of rent here.

Negatives * Living by the pool is noisy. I regret taking an apartment so close. Management does try to ask people not to scream in the pool area. * Not very many grassy areas for pets (but very close to several dog parks) * Appliances were very dirty and dented. * Sidewalks are very dirty. (Just in front of my apartment. Looks like people’s trash bags leak while they walk) I have only been here a week but like it . Charles and Samantha have been so friendly and helpful. They were very flexible about times to meet and answered all my questions. So far I do like it here other than the pool noise but you can always rent away from the pool. I would do 5 stars if I was not by the pool.
